Q: What are the contract terms?

All servers feature one month contracts, making your move to TeleData totally financially risk free.

Q: Can I upgrade if I need more power?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher level cloud server without penalty at any time.

Q: What about downgrading, can I do that also?

Yes, if you wish to downgrade to save costs or tune your efficiency, this is not a problem.

Q: What cloud technology do you use?

Our cloud platform is based on a full implementation of VMware: the infrastructure choice of 100 percent of the Fortune 500. This is managed by our in-house team of VMware-certified professionals.

Q: What's the difference — managed vs unmanaged?
