Over 15,000 CCTV systems are maintained using CheckMyCCTV over a broad spectrum of installations including retail, hotels, transportation, critical infrastructure, schools, manufacturing, and domestic properties.
The software running CheckMyCCTV was being hosted by customers, often using unsuitable on-premise servers or even desktops, and installed from a CD. CheckMySystems needed to modernise its approach with a cloud based solution to improve efficiencies and ensure that customers were maximising on the software's potential.

CheckMySystems partnered with TeleData to turn CheckMyCCTV into a hosted solution through TeleData's CloudActiv™ platform. CloudActiv offers active-active hosting for maximum resilience, and enabled CheckMySystems to provide customers with a more robust proposition. It also allowed the firm to offer its solution in a way that is expected in today's software marketplace, through the cloud.
Using TeleData's premium data centre facility in Manchester, CheckMySystems has complete control over its IaaS environment, deploying additional servers as and when demand dictates. This means faster deployment times, complete scalability and greater business mobility.
