Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a focused, pro-active Marketing Co-ordinator to join our sales and marketing team.

The role

You will work closely with our sales team and play a critical role in driving brand awareness and demand generation to grow the business within our chosen markets and product sets. With support and input from your sales and marketing colleagues, you will build and maintain a robust and dynamic marketing plan that utilises campaigns, social platforms, marketing automation, our website and other online channels to deliver marketing qualified leads and opportunities by capitalising and communicating our strong USPs effectively.

Crucially, this role provides the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity and the license to utilise their skills to develop an expanding and reputable brand – taking a fresh and exciting approach to market.


  • With input from sales and marketing colleagues, build and maintain an annual marketing plan that incorporates key objectives, tactical execution, and product promotions focused around specific verticals and go to market propositions.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with the TeleData team.
  • Create and implement innovative and inspiring marketing practices that enable the development and execution of revenue generating multi-channel marketing programs delivering exceptional growth related results. (tactics to include events, campaign activity, web and social media).
  • Analyse and interpret relevant data and reports to help inform and guide campaign strategy.
  • Recommend the most appropriate marketing mix for marketing activities required to deliver a strong return on investment and generation of marketing leads and pipeline.
  • Ensure a the lead follow up process is implemented and communicated with Sales.
  • Utilise internal and external resources to manage spend and campaigns to time deadlines and budget.
  • Work closely with other functional areas of the business to ensure a holistic and tightly aligned marketing plan is delivered and executed.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product developments and potential new services.
  • Deliver and execute overall strategy.


  • Information Technology experience – ideally within the hosting sector.
  • Strong background in Marketing, including experience of marketing through social channels, managing and delivering website content, and demand generation through targeted campaign activity.
  • B2B Marketing Expertise; marketing automation, content marketing, channel integration, account-based marketing, mobile marketing, social media, sales enablement, PR writing and distribution.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and gain their confidence.
  • CIM or similar marketing qualification.

Knowledge and Experience of Hubspot marketing tools desired.
